Contribution to My learning Community
(Courses 5304 & 5317)
Throughout my participation in EDLD 5304 and EDLD 5317, I've been committed to contributing actively to our learning community and enhancing the collective learning experience. Collaborating with Christy A. and other course participants in weekly discussions has been invaluable, allowing us to exchange insights, perspectives, and resources on leading organizational change and navigating digital environments effectively.

In EDLD 5317, Christy and I collaborated closely on Groupme developing a publication rough draft rubric to ensure that our article remained meaningful and cohesive. We shared feedback on each other's papers, leveraging insights to revise and refine our publication article collaboratively. This collaborative process not only enhanced our individual learning experiences but also contributed to the overall quality of our work. Moreover, in this course, I explored various media options to amplify my innovation plan, taking it to another level. By utilizing different media platforms and tools, I was able to effectively communicate and showcase my innovation plan to a wider audience, enhancing its visibility and impact.
In EDLD 5304, With weekly discussions and assignments, I delved deeper into understanding my why, building an influencer strategy focusing on the 6 sources of influence, and installing the 4 disciplines of execution within my organization. Additionally, I learned how to engage in crucial conversations with decision makers involved in organizational change processes, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Overall, my contributions to the learning community in both courses have been centered on collaboration and continuous improvement. Through active participation and engagement, I have not only enhanced my own learning but also contributed to the growth and development of my peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
