Concepts of Educational Technology
Throughout the course (EDLD5302), I delved into understanding myself as a learner, cultivating a growth mindset inspired by Carol Dweck's research. I realized that genuine growth is rooted in the process, and failures became stepping stones forward. I am glad that I have the chance to learn more about Growth Mindset and how it impacted all learned, especially myself. I am committed to share what I have learned about Growth Mindset and to implemented the COVA approach (learner-centered) in my classroom.
