COVA Reflection and Application
Throughout the Applied Digital Learning (ADL) program, we have been given choice, ownership, and voice through authentic assignments. This approach has profoundly impacted my learning journey, fostering a deeper connection to the material and enhancing my engagement. By reflecting on how the COVA approach and the significant learning environment have supported my growth, I can better understand its benefits and potential for others. This capstone reflection explores my experiences, adjustments, and plans to implement these principles in my organization, aiming to create meaningful and impactful learning opportunities for my learners.

Innovation Project Update
This is my reflection and update on the components and work completed, assess my current progress, and outline remaining tasks and deadlines. Additionally, I analyzed and reflected on the learning process, evaluated what worked and what could be improved. Applied Digital Learning (ADL) Journey Synthesis
I began this program feeling nervous and unsure if I could succeed. Through the support and feedback from my professors and classmates, I persevered, even when feeling overwhelmed. Embracing a growth mindset made a significant difference. Now, at the end of the program, I feel accomplished. I’ve created numerous mini-projects and have gained so much knowledge . While achieving many course goals, I’ve learned the importance of time management and asking for help. I am now ready to implement my innovation project and feel more capable of tackling new challenges.
